Refund & Return Policy

At Merch Pinas Online Shop, we take pride in providing high-quality personalized printing services. Since our products are custom-made, we have special rules for refunds and returns.
• Orders can only be cancelled before payment is confirmed.
• Once payment is received and production has started, cancellation is no longer allowed.
• Because items are customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the mistake is on our part (e.g., wrong design, wrong size, or wrong item).
• Slight variations in color, material, or size may occur due to printing processes and will not be considered valid grounds for return.
• Refunds will only be granted if we are unable to fulfill your order.
• For approved refund requests, processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment channel.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photo or video proof.
• We will review your case and either remake the product or provide a refund if applicable.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their designs before printing.
• We are not liable for errors (typos, low-resolution images, wrong spelling, etc.) provided by the customer.
