• Rates depend on the courier, location, and package weight/size.

• Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days (after production)
• Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier-related issues. 

• Once your package has been shipped, we will provide the tracking number or courier details (if applicable).
• Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery status through the courier’s tracking system. 

• We are not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by third-party couriers.
• In case of lost or damaged parcels, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier, but compensation will depend on the courier’s policy.
